IHOP is getting into the Halloween spirit for the kids. From October 24th through Halloween Day, kids 12 and younger who visit an IHOP location from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. get a free Scary Face Pancake.
The Scary Face Pancake is one of IHOP’s signature buttermilk pancakes topped with a strawberry, whipped topping, Mini Oreo cookies, and candy corn to create a truly spooky face. The offer is good with the purchase of any adult entrée while it’s available.
