IHOP has announced the first-ever Biscuit Menu with new buttermilk biscuits options described by the chain as sweet and savory. Here are the details on the new offerings.
- Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich – a buttermilk biscuit filled with 2 fried eggs, American cheese, 2 strips of hickory-smoked bacon, and cheese sauce served with a choice of 2 buttermilk pancakes, hash browns or seasonal fresh fruit.
- Chicken Biscuit Sandwich – a buttermilk biscuit filled with buttermilk crispy chicken breast, hash browns, pickle chips, and country gravy served with a choice of French fries, onion rings, seasonal fresh fruit, side salad, or 2 buttermilk pancakes.
- Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit – a split buttermilk biscuit filled with cheesecake mousse, fresh strawberries, old-fashioned syrup drizzle, powdered sugar, and whipped topping.
- Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit Combo – the same Fresh Strawberries & Cream Biscuit served with 2 eggs, 2 hickory-smoked bacon strips, or pork sausage links and hash browns.
- Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy Combo – a buttermilk biscuit served with country gravy, 2 eggs, 2 pork sausage links, 2 strips of hickory-smoked bacon, and hash browns.
- Buttermilk Biscuit – a warm and flakey buttermilk biscuit served with whipped real butter.
The Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich with a side is $7 or it can be combined with a side and a coffee or soda for $9 for a limited time on all dine-in or to-go orders at participating locations nationwide.
