Aldi has just dropped dozens of new groceries that will be showing up on store shelves in July and the folks at the kitchn have narrowed the list down to 10 items that they think you should be aware of. Here’s the list of their 10 favorites.
- Breakfast Best Blueberry Pancakes and Sausage on a Stick ($6.09) – these will be available on July 26 and they are pork and chicken sausage links wrapped in pancake batter that contains blueberry chips and served on a stick.
- Season’s Choice Green Dream Smoothie Blend ($6.69) – also available on July 26, this smoothie blend contains frozen mango, pineapple, apple, spinach, and avocado in pouches that are pre-portioned and perfect for smoothies anytime.
- Park Street Deli Sweet Lemon Sherbert Hummus ($1.99) – this flavored hummus will show up on Aldi shelves on July 5.
- Southern Grove Korean BBQ Trail Mix ($4.39) – arriving on July 19, this is a mix of almonds, cashews, rice crackers, and honey roasted sesame sticks flavored with Korean barbecue seasoning.
- Season’s Choice Steamed Fiesta Quinoa Blend ($3.49) – this is a frozen mix of white quinoa, red rice and small spelt coupled with corn, black beans, and red and green peppers packaged in a steam-in bag and available July 12.
- Never Any! Ground Lamb ($5.99) – these one-pound packages of ground lamb are similar to Aldi's Simply Nature 100% Grass Fed Ground Beef and the product contains no antibiotics, no added hormones, and is vegetarian-fed.
- Benton’s Pink Lemonade Sandwich Cremes ($2.39) – this new cookie shows up on shelves July 5 and it’s a sandwich-style cookie with pink lemonade crème in the middle.
- Sundae Shoppe Vanilla Stroopwafel Ice Cream Sandwiches ($4.95) – thin, dulce-de leche-filled waffle cookies combined with vanilla ice cream available on July 19.
- Nature’s Nectar Sparkling Strawberry Assorted Varieties (($3.89) – these arrive on July 5 and come in packs of four in three flavors – strawberry with lemonade, strawberry with tangerine, and strawberry with kiwi.
- Vistosa Rosé Sangria ($11.99) – this is an import from Spain in a three-liter box arriving in stores July 26.
