You’ve heard of cuffing season, but have you heard of fielding season? It’s basically the opposite of cuffing up. Instead, of snuggling up during the chilly winter months with a boo, you’re taking advantage of the warmer summer months to get out there and play the field.
Fielding season happens from late May until early September. It’s when people explore all the options out there, aka they “play the field.” They’re not trying to find “The One” but instead are just having fun!
There’s no pressure of attending things together, introducing each other to families, and so on. It’s much more chill and low-pressure. It’s even OK for things to just naturally end as fall sets in… and cuffing season starts to begin.
