In a TikTok video posted Wednesday, Poppy says she was charged double at an “all-you-can-eat” buffet because she ate too much. She says she refused to pay double in the video that was a response to a question about the wildest ways she’s ever been fat-shamed.
Her post led to a lot of other people telling their own stories, including someone who said, “In the south of France went to a pharmacy for suntan lotion and pharmacist pointed me to the Slimfast display.” The video, which is the latest in a string of viral fat-shaming stories, has racked up thousands of views.
