Dating fatigue is a real thing. It’s bound to happen after endless swipes, dates, and dead-ends. You honestly might need a break from it all. Before you pledge to stop dating altogether though, take these steps to avoid burnout.
- Limit your swipes. Because it can be addicting.
- Have a phone call or Facetime before going on an in-person date. Just so you don’t waste your time.
- Try to go to different places on every date. At least you go to check out a new restaurant right?
- Don’t push too hard to meet someone. You should never ask someone to prioritize you. They’ll do it if they want to.
- Stop going out with the intention of meeting someone. If you’re going to meet someone by chance it should be organic.
- Work on exuding positivity. Positive energy attracts positive people.
