Outdated Summer Fashion Trends & What To Wear Instead

We’ve all been wearing our comfy clothes while working from home for the last few months, but there’s still a world of fashion out there. Summer is almost here and it brings a whole new set of trends with it. According to fashion editors at “Who What Wear,” some outdated styles have done their time and need to go and they tell us what’s going to be in this season instead.

  • Letting Go: Prairie Tops and Swapping For: Baby Tanks -If you’ve worn yourself out on last year’s prairie-top trend and you’re looking for something more versatile this season, fashion editorLauren Eggerstenrecommends baby tank tops instead. She says they’re “reminiscent of the ‘90s and luckily can be really cheap.”

  • Letting Go: Short Shorts and Swapping For: Longer Cuts -Several editors are calling it quits on their short shorts in favor of the denim bermuda shorts trend, includingAnna LaPlaca, who calls the longer look “a chicer alternative to the teeny-tiny denim cutoffs that reigned for years.”
