Lots of people are doing the keto diet these days and loving it. But when you go out to a restaurant, it can be a little harder to be disciplined and stick to it, especially when everyone’s attacking the bread basket. Temptations are everywhere, but you can set yourself up for success by picking a place that serves what you can eat on keto.

The chains that have plenty of keto-friendly options to help you stay on track include:

  • Chipotle- Go for a burrito bowl, skip the beans and rice, but load up on cheese and guac and you won’t even miss the tortillas.
  • Red Lobster- While you can’t enjoy the Cheddar Bay biscuits on keto, you can get your fill of seafood and fish.
  • Red Robin- Not only is it fun to order something “wedgie style,” it’s also healthy in this case because that’s Red Robbin’s term for a burger in a lettuce wrap.
  • Chick-fil-A- Pass on their breaded chicken and look for the word “grilled” to find the keto-friendly options, including the grilled chicken sandwich and chicken club when you order without buns.
  • Bonefish Grill- With all that fish, there are plenty of choices for keto dieters. Just stick with the grilled and seared proteins, including salmon, sea bass, and shrimp.
  • Applebee's -Not only do they have solid keto protein options like steak and grilled chicken, they even serve them with buttery shrimp on top.
